Inspired by the vibrant cuisines of Southeast Asia — especially Indonesia, Singapore, and Malaysia — Blasteran celebrates the richness of tradition while embracing the creative spirit of Los Angeles. 

Our dishes are rooted in heritage but playfully influenced by the melting pot of flavors that define this city.
